At Rusha’s Jewellery, we maintain strict quality, hygiene, and safety standards across all our products. Due to the nature of the items we sell—including jewellery, gift hampers, handmade bouquets, fashion accessories, and other curated products—we follow a no-return policy as detailed below.

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.

Once an order has been delivered, it is considered final and cannot be returned. This policy is in place to ensure:

  • Hygiene and safety standards
  • Quality control
  • Prevention of resale of used, damaged, or tampered products

Customers are requested to review all product details carefully before placing an order.


Eligible Cases for Resolution (Exchange Only)

While returns are not accepted, we may offer a replacement or exchange strictly in the following verified cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • An incorrect item was delivered
  • Missing items from the order

No other reasons will be accepted.

Returns or exchanges will not be approved for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color liking or disliking

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To raise a valid request, customers must provide clear proof.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory, showing:

  • The sealed package
  • The shipping label clearly visible
  • Continuous unboxing without any cuts, edits, or pauses

Photographs may be accepted in rare cases, but video proof is preferred and may be required for verification.

Claims submitted without valid proof will not be accepted.


Reporting Timeline

  • Issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after 48 hours may still be reviewed, but verification may take longer and approval is not guaranteed

Inspection & Approval

All claims are subject to verification by our quality control team.
If the claim is approved:

  • A replacement or exchange will be initiated, subject to product availability
  • If the claim is rejected
  • No replacement, exchange, or refund will be issued

Refunds (Exceptional Cases Only)

Refunds are not standard and are issued only in exceptional situations, such as:

  • When an approved exchange is not feasible
  • When a replacement product is unavailable

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method as per standard processing timelines.


Color & Appearance Disclaimer

Product colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen resolution and device display settings
  • Lighting conditions during photography
  • Manufacturing or batch differences

Color variation or personal perception is not a valid reason for return, exchange, or refund.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that such variations are normal and acceptable.
